Deliveries
We offer mail order by box or pallett to most of mainland UK. However, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Isles.
For local orders, both big and small, we have our own vans and trailers that can make deliveries. The cost for this service depend on location and any restrictions that may be in place. For example, the congestion charge in major cities and certain tolls would be reflected in our delivery fees.
We use the services of several courier companies. As a rule of thumb, we can courier plants in boxes up to 1.3m in height or 30 kilos in weight.
For a palletised delivery, the plants should not exceed 2m in height.
Please note that our deliveries are all kerbside only, due to restrictions placed on us by our insurers. You are advised to check with us before placing an order as delivery charges cannot not be refunded for an aborted delivery.
If you are unsure of the delivery cost, please give us a call on 01622 833 218 and we will be happy to give you a quote for your specific needs.
